Eligibility

  • Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, in line with international consumer protection standards.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation).

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

Damaged or Wrong Items

  • If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs where applicable.

Return Shipping

  • For change-of-mind returns, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • For defective or incorrect items, we cover the return shipping.
